Many of the products we use carry manufacturer’s guarantees. We’re constantly researching and talking to our clients to ensure we use the highest quality materials.
Our copper piping is covered by the copper development association warranty of 50 years. Where plastic alternatives may be necessary, we source them from Hep20 which also offers a 50-year guarantee including parts replacement if necessary. Our ceramics and sanitary wear is sourced from recognised brands such as Merlyn, and carry guarantees of up to a lifetime.
When it comes to installation, the importance of tiling grout, adhesive and silicon work cannot be underestimated. These are the elements which keep the bathroom clean and watertight, and we only use the best quality products from brands such as Mapei, Weber and Ardex. All three offer a guarantee of 25 years, and they are all produced by companies with between 50-80 years of experience in manufacturing. Ardex also operates worldwide, on the forefront of innovation and product development.

Waterproofing
We use tanking membranes and paints on floors and walls to ensure your bathroom or shower room is watertight before tiling begins.
Regardless of the care taken in their installation, tiles can never be truly watertight, as moisture will always filter through the joins especially after years of use.
