“About a year ago I was having problems with my shower and asked around the local nursery mums for a plumber and I met Rufus. Within days of meeting him, without feeling any sense of pressure from him to do so at all, we had come together to redesign the whole bathroom and I still love it now. I have two young boys and so I didn't have the time to faff around and look at design magazines and shop around for suppliers: all I knew was that I wanted something modern with clean lines that was functional and had lots of storage and would still work within the designs of our period house. I totally trusted Rufus to source the best quality products at the best prices and never questioned his judgement, suppliers or prices once. All the sub-contractors he used for things like plumbing and flooring were a delight and I still use them to this day. Rufus himself was charming, trustworthy, talented and creative and worked literally from dawn to dusk, despite having his own young children at home. He was extremely conscientious and no stone was left unturned, he had super ideas and was clearly very au fait with all the modern changes in the bathroom design arena. He was also super friendly to my boys. The bathroom has not had any problems since he put it in place and continues to work efficiently for us and looks great. The only thing I regret is not putting in speakers so we could listen to music at bath time!
